Responsible for the management and growth of Corporate Health client accounts. Understands the business requirements of each client account and effectively plans, develops, communicates, and integrates procedures and processes that align with the larger business plan. Follows Atlantic Corporate Health (ACH) sales strategy to procure leads, research prospective clients, carry out sales, and perform outreach aid in the marketing of ACH services and products.

Principal Accountabilities:

Oversees corporate client relationships and provides exemplary customer service.

Sells ACH employer-based services and products in a proactive manner.

Manages, monitors, and reports ACH client and sales activity.

Participates in ACH supportive office functions like marketing and sales, assists field staff and corporate teams, engages in new program development, and participates in team meetings and other projects.

Develops campaign media plans and annual brand management plans.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales/Marketing or related field.

3 years of experience in direct Sales, Account Management or relevant area.

Preferred:

Experience working in Healthcare Industry, Hospital System or relevant area.
