Job Title: Front Desk AdministratorJob Description

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk Administrator for a 4-month contract position. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by managing front desk responsibilities, handling communications, and supporting administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple inboxes for different inquiries.

Reconcile and process invoices.

Create PowerPoint presentations for meetings.

Coordinate with vendors and service providers as required.

Set up conference rooms for meetings.

Provide general administrative support, including clerical tasks and data entry.

Essential Skills

3+ years of professional administrative experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Experience in invoice reconciliation and mail sorting.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

SAP and Ariba experience highly preferred but not required.

Work Environment

The role requires working onsite 5 days a week, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm with a set schedule to ensure coverage. The contract position does not offer PTO or holiday pay, but free parking is available onsite. The position offers exposure to various teams supporting the facility/operations team.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
