Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Stockton, California. In this contract role, you will play a key part in supporting daily operations through effective communication, organization, and multitasking. This position offers an excellent opportunity to apply your administrative skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally, ensuring clear communication and prompt resolution of inquiries.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing clients' needs and maintaining positive relationships.

Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain organized and up-to-date records.

Handle email correspondence by prioritizing messages and responding in a timely manner.

Coordinate and schedule appointments while managing calendars efficiently.

Utilize Microsoft Excel to create spreadsheets, track data, and analyze information.

Prepare presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint to support team objectives.

Draft and edit documents in Microsoft Word to ensure high-quality communication.

Knowledge of Sage is preferred.

Organize and manage tasks using Microsoft Outlook to maintain workflow efficiency.

Requirements - Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or customer service role.

Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls professionally.

Strong skills in data entry with attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to manage email correspondence effectively and prioritize tasks.

Experience with scheduling and appointment management.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
