What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by site.
Observe for any unusual activity and report findings according to site protocols.
Assist with access control and monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized individuals.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and team members.
Document incidents and daily activities in accordance with site requirements.
What We're Looking For:
Availability across various days and shifts
Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
A valid Guard Card or license is preferred.
Nevada Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
A valid driver's license is preferred for positions that primarily involve driving and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles or 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
