Site Operations Manager

Our client, a global leader in cleanroom and technical supply chain solutions, is seeking a Site Operations Manager. This is a dynamic, hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with a strong background in logistics, inventory control, and client-facing operations-especially in environments involving technical or engineered products.

What's the Job?

Lead daily site operations including warehousing, shipping/receiving, production support, and inventory control

Manage and mentor a cross-functional team of warehouse staff, supervisors, and support personnel

Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliation, and proactive obsolescence management

Collaborate with supply chain and procurement teams to optimize material flow and logistics

Serve as the primary point of contact for client leadership-attend meetings, present KPIs, and align on goals

Resolve operational issues through root cause analysis, especially those involving technical specifications or quality

Monitor and improve KPIs, service levels, and customer satisfaction

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards

Manage site budget, labor planning, and vendor relationships

Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, 5S, or Six Sigma methodologies

What's Needed?

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred)

5+ years of experience in operations or site management, ideally in logistics or technical product environments

Strong background in inventory control, ERP/WMS systems, and material flow

Experience managing complex, high-value, or engineered products

Excellent leadership, communication, and client engagement skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data reporting tools

Preferred Attributes:

Experience with SAP, Maximo, or WMS platforms

Background in MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) spare parts management

Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence

Working Conditions:

Full-time, onsite leadership role with regular floor presence and client interaction

Occasional travel to other client sites or regional hubs

Flexibility to support after-hours or weekend operations as needed
