The Limited Network Pharmacy Trade Account Manager is responsible for leading strategic and operational engagement with Sanofi's limited distribution network (LDN) partners and independent pharmacy accounts across Specialty Care and GenMeds products. This role manages key relationships with specialty pharmacies and select independent pharmacies that support Sanofi's specialty and rare disease portfolios, ensuring optimal product access, service delivery, data exchange, and patient experience across the distribution network.

Main Responsibilities:
Serve as the lead account manager for Sanofi's LDN and independent pharmacy partners.
Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key decision-makers across pharmacy operations, trade relations, and clinical support teams.
Act as the single point of contact for assigned accounts, managing business reviews, performance tracking, and issue resolution.
Support the build and evolution of Sanofi's limited distribution strategy in alignment with brand goals and market access objectives.
Ensure partner pharmacies meet the infrastructure, service, and compliance standards required for limited access products.
Identify and assess independent pharmacies in targeted geographies to expand product access in underrepresented or underserved areas.
Monitor partner performance against KPIs including dispense metrics, patient onboarding times, refill adherence, inventory levels, and service quality ensuring specialty pharmacy customer is adherence to contractual obligations.
Lead quarterly business reviews with external partners and internal stakeholders to assess results and optimize collaboration.
Collaborate with analytics teams to translate distribution and patient support data into actionable insights.
Work closely with Trade, Brand, Field Sales Teams, Patient Services, Legal, and Compliance to ensure coordinated execution of channel initiatives.
Provide partner insights to inform go-to-market strategies, new product launches, and pull-through efforts.
Support field teams with tools, training, and pharmacy-specific strategies to enhance patient and provider access.
About You
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical account management, trade, or specialty pharmacy networks
Preferred independent specialty pharmacy experience within limited networks
Proven experience managing limited distribution or specialty pharmacy relationships
Strong communication and understanding of pharmacy patient journey
Deep knowledge of specialty product access, pharmacy reimbursement models, and distribution logistics
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a partner-centric mindset
Ability to travel up to 30-40% to support account meetings and field coordination

The salary range for this position is:
$144,750.00 - $209,083.33
All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
