Responsibilities
Develop marketing plan for target audience to hit defined goals for new customer acquisition
Orchestrate integrated marketing programs (channel, messaging, execution, optimization, measurement), both inbound and ABM, that maximize marketing qualified leads into sales-ready opportunities
Work closely with Marketing Ops and CRM system (Salesforce) to ensure all leads, contacts and accounts are properly assigned to sales teams at the right time in the buyer journey
Proactively collaborate with Marketing stakeholders to define needs to support integrated campaign planning initiatives (e.g. digital, sales enablement, content assets, events, webinars, etc.).
Proactively manage third party vendors and budget to drive demand and maintain campaign calendar
Act as marketing subject matter expert on segment and collaborate with segment-specific sales teams
Monitors industry landscape to develop go-to-market strategies to reach target personas and identify gaps
Develop ongoing testing strategy to increase engagement, brand awareness, and drive additional demand into the pipeline for sales to action
Report to leadership on a weekly/monthly cadence and recommended actions for improved results
Maintain expertise in account-based marketing best practices, tactics, trends. Shares insights and recommendations with management for improving process and results.
Provide ongoing data, engagement, and insights on target accounts and contacts utilizing internal tools.
Qualifications
3-4 years of marketing, demand generation, or segment-based marketing experience, preferably in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business or comparable field.
Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders.
Proficient using marketing automation systems and integrating those capabilities with CRM.
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
Experience with Marketo, Salesforce, Demandbase or other ABM tech preferred.
Strong reporting capabilities and the ability to provide insights and analyze multi-channel campaign results
Familiarity with the technical sales cycle and how to employ marketing communication strategies to nurture leads, drive adoption, and accelerate growth
Previous project and budget management experience
Demonstrated flexibility, creativity and problem-solving skills
Strong results orientation with a proven track record of flawless execution and strong attention to detail
Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency experience is a plus

Compensation and Benefits
We accept applications for this position on an ongoing basis until the position is filled. Applications will be reviewed as they are received, and qualified candidates may be contacted throughout the posting period.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $75,000-$85,000 annually. Final compensation will be based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, internal equity, and market data. This range aligns with our commitment to equitable and transparent compensation practices, as required by applicable law.
