Job Title: Warehouse Administrator

Location: Shepherdsville, KY

Shift: 2nd Shift (Afternoon & Evening)

Pay: $24 per hour

About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to support distribution operations during the 2nd shift in Shepherdsville, KY . This role ensures accurate inventory tracking, efficient documentation, and smooth coordination with warehouse staff. Key Responsibilities

Inventory Control: Maintain accurate stock records, monitor shipments, and coordinate order fulfillment.

Documentation & Reporting: Process shipping paperwork, generate reports, and ensure compliance with warehouse protocols.

Equipment Oversight: Assist in forklift monitoring and equipment tracking. Forklift or warehouse machinery experience is a plus.

Workflow Coordination: Work closely with warehouse staff to optimize efficiency and streamline processes during the 2nd shift.

System & Software Management: Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and office software to track inventory and orders.

What We're Looking For

Experience in warehouse administration, inventory control, or logistics.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.

Prior experience with forklifts or warehouse equipment is a plus .

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
