Specialist - Internal, Hotel & Owner Communications

Your day to day

Support the Global Commercial & Marketing and Product & Technology internal, hotel and owner communications agenda in support of the Leadership Teams.

Provide support and assistance to internal, hotel and owner communications teams on key communications projects including town halls, internal newsletters and intranet articles.

Proactively manage internal systems and processes - examples include mailing lists, shared Teams sites, trackers, editorial calendars, analytics, surveys and team housekeeping.

Help with both written and design materials for internal channels including Merlin (global intranet).

Support the development and drafting of content that can be used across the team.

Ensure strong knowledge of IHG processes and how they apply to the team.

Serve as key connection point across teams.

What we need from you

Educated to degree level or business diploma (bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, English or relevant field of work)

1-3 years experience in communications or media gained either on client or agency side

Excellent attention to detail with strong planning and project management skills

Excellent content creation, software skills and ability to use PowerPoint, Excel etc

Curious and eager to learn with strong interpersonal skills, cultural intelligence and ability to work collaboratively

Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage work load in a fast-paced environment

Ability to maintain confidentiality and support team on time-sensitive projects

Location - Atlanta, GA; Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.

The salary range for this role is $46,226.00 to $75,000.00 . This role is also eligible for bonus pay (as applicable).?We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.??
