Hubbell in Arden is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the Distribution department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have integrity and ethics, functional excellence, and strong communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Arden, NC

Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour

What's the Job?

Work with internal team members to resolve supplier invoice issues.

Request competitive bids from select vendors and assist in tracking competitive bid documentation for the sourcing department.

Manage filing, sorting, disposing, and transferring of records to comply with record retention procedures.

Track the facility expense budget to ensure accurate and timely reporting and cost control.

Support logistics for programs, projects, meetings, and events, including room reservations and agenda preparation.

What's Needed?

Associate Degree.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles.

Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Detail-oriented approach.
