If so, TrAC (Translational AI Center) at Iowa State University is currently seeking applicants for an Administrative Assistant II! The Administrative Assistant II reports to the TrAC Assistant Director and serves as a highly visible representative of the Translational AI Center.
What You'll Do:
This individual will perform a variety of administrative support duties to streamline collaborative efforts including:
Schedule and meeting management
Making travel arrangements for TrAC faculty, staff and students
Procurement and maintenance of materials and supplies
Event planning and execution
Managing TrAC's email account, listservs and database of contacts
Assisting with promotion and implementation of TrAC initiatives including website updates, social media, drafting newsletters and marketing materials, etc.
This is a two-year, fixed term position with the opportunity for renewal.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without sponsorship. Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.
