Registered Telehealth Nurse - On-Site (Fort Worth, TX)

Location: Fort Worth, TX (On-Site, with Potential for Hybrid)

Pay: $38.00-$40.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM

Overview:

A major oncology pharmaceutical provider is seeking a Registered Telehealth Nurse to join their team in Fort Worth, TX. This on-site position offers the opportunity to support cancer and chronic care patients remotely through telephonic triage and medication education. After an initial three-month training period, there may be potential for a hybrid schedule, based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct 20-30 patient calls per day, averaging 5-10 minutes each, ensuring medication adherence and patient education.

Provide clear guidance on medication regulations, usage, and potential side effects.

Familiarize yourself with oncology and chronic care medication protocols to assist patients effectively.

Perform telephonic triage, assessing patient concerns and coordinating necessary follow-ups.

Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) and ensure compliance with healthcare standards.

Collaborate with providers, pharmacists, and healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Uphold HIPAA and telehealth best practices in all patient interactions.

Qualifications:

Registered Nurse (RN) License - Must hold an active multi-state compact license.

4-5 years of RN experience, preferably in acute care, oncology, or chronic disease management.

Telehealth experience, with strong patient education and medication counseling skills.

Ability to work on-site full-time, with a possible transition to hybrid after training.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support remote patient interactions.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment with structured call metrics.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $40.00/hr.
