Description We are looking for a skilled Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare team in Manchester, Connecticut. This Contract position offers an exciting opportunity to provide essential administrative support in a medical office environment. If you have strong organizational skills and enjoy interacting with patients and healthcare professionals, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

Welcome patients and visitors with care and warmth.

Manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations efficiently.

Verify insurance coverage and ensure accurate documentation.

Collect co-pays and handle payment transactions securely.

Assist patients with completing necessary paperwork and forms.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area to uphold a detail-oriented image.

Coordinate with team members and healthcare providers to streamline communication.

Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support office operations. Requirements

Previous experience in a medical office administrative role is required.

Strong customer service skills and a patient-focused attitude are essential.

Effective and detail-oriented communication abilities are mandatory.

Prior experience as a Medical Receptionist is highly preferred.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with a proactive approach.

Strict adherence to patient confidentiality and privacy standards is required.

Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes is required.
