Our client, a leader in the Corporate & Investment Banking sector, is seeking a Delivery Lead to join their team. As a Delivery Lead, you will be part of the innovative AI & Innovation department supporting various business lines. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent stakeholder engagement abilities, and a proven track record in project management, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Delivery Lead - Corporate & Investment Banking - AI & Innovation

Location: New York, NY

Pay Range: Competitive

What's the Job?

Lead delivery of AI and next-gen digital solutions across investment banking business lines.

Manage cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, data scientists, and vendor partners.

Partner with business sponsors to define requirements, priorities, and success criteria.

Collaborate with vendor partners to integrate and customize their platforms within our environment.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, on scope, and within budget, while complying with regulatory and operational requirements.

What's Needed?

7-10+ years of delivery/project management experience in Investment Banking, Capital Markets, or Asset Management.

Strong familiarity with products/processes in corporate lending, sales & trading, client onboarding, or investment research.

Proven experience delivering AI, data-driven, or digital platform solutions.

Strong vendor management skills - experience evaluating, onboarding, and managing vendor delivery.

Agile project leadership experience (Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid models).
