Our client, a leading hearth and outdoor living supplier, is seeking an Account Manager to join their team. As an Account Manager, you will be part of a dedicated team supporting exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a passion for customer satisfaction, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully with the organization's core values.

Job Title: Temporary Account Manager

Location: Exeter, NH

Pay Range: $22 - $24 per hour, based on experience

What's the Job?

Providing exceptional support to clients via phone and email, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and building positive relationships.

Accurately entering and processing customer orders, ensuring timely fulfillment.

Managing customer billing processes, including invoice generation and reconciliation.

Effectively using SAGE software for various administrative and customer-related tasks.

Maintaining professional and courteous phone etiquette at all times.

What's Needed?

Proven experience in a customer service role.

Proficiency with SAGE software.

Experience with customer billing procedures.

Excellent order entry skills and attention to detail.

Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
