Role Overview:

The Senior Integrated Marketing Manager will spearhead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring cohesive messaging and alignment with key business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker who is able to roll up their sleeves to support a lean, but mighty team and should have a proven track record managing account-based marketing campaigns while working cross-functionally to drive pipeline and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution

Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that align to company goals and drive measurable outcomes.

Lead the planning and execution of omnichannel marketing campaigns, including digital, social, email, and print.

Partner with product marketing teams to shape campaign messaging and positioning that differentiate Skyhigh Security's solutions and address key market needs.

Take an account-based approach identifying and building target segments; aligning to Skyhigh's ICP and target personas.

Campaign Management & Optimization

Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, from ideation to execution to analysis and reporting.

Distill complex messaging from product marketing and leverage across multiple channels while enabling sales teams.

Leverage analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, identify areas for optimization, and implement improvements.

Research and conduct analysis to inform campaign strategies and identify new opportunities to drive revenue.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Creative, to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Work closely with Sales and Sales Leadership to manage, track, and report on pipeline and bookings targets for campaigns.

Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership to inform strategic decisions.

About You

5 - 8+ years of experience in B2B Integrated Marketing, Campaign Management, or Account-Based Marketing, preferably with experience in the security or networking industry.

Exceptional communication skills and past experience working closely with Sales Teams and Sales Leadership to ensure go-to-market alignment.

Proficiency in marketing automation tools (Marketo), Salesforce, 6sense (or similar ABM platforms), Asana, and analytics solutions (e.g. Looker or Tableau).

Curiosity to learn, translate, and deliver security and networking specific content for greater consumption to key audiences.

Project management of campaign assets and activation with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
