Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solutions Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions in support of our government contracts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in ServiceNow platform architecture, government compliance standards, and a proven track record of delivering ServiceNow capabilities within the federal environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales/Pre-Sales: Experience and a track record of growing ServiceNow work through successful sales and pre-sales efforts.
Solution Design & Architecture: Lead the end-to-end design of ServiceNow solutions tailored to meet government contract requirements, ensuring alignment with security, compliance, and operational standards.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with government clients, project managers, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow architectures.
Implementation Support: Provide guidance during the development, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, HR, Security Operations, and Custom Applications.
Compliance & Security: Ensure all ServiceNow solutions adhere to government regulations such as FISMA, FedRAMP, NIST, and other relevant standards.
Technical Leadership: Serve as a technical expert and mentor for development teams, ensuring best practices in configuration, scripting, and integrations.
Integration & Automation: Design and implement integrations with other government systems and data sources using APIs, web services, and connectors.
Documentation & Reporting: Develop comprehensive technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and progress reports for stakeholders and auditors.
Continuous Improvement: Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates, government compliance requirements, and industry best practices to recommend improvements and innovations.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's preferred.
Experience:
15+ years total experience required.
Extensive experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions Experience supporting government or federal contracts
Experience Growing ServiceNow work through sales and pre-sales efforts.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, workflows, scripting (JavaScript), and integrations.
Familiarity with government security standards and compliance frameworks.
Experience with REST, SOAP, LDAP, and other integration technologies.

Certifications:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator required within 30 days of hire.

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, Security Operations, Discovery, HAM, SAM) required within 30 days of hire.
ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect preferred.
Additional security or compliance certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
Security Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance up to Top Secret level strongly preferred.

The likely salary range for this position is $166,280 - $224,968. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
