Job Title: IT Technology Services Specialist

Purpose and Objective:
SAP America, Inc. seeks an IT Technology Services Specialist at our Newtown Square, PA location to design and develop systems, applications, products, services, and data to optimize/automate business processes.
Expectations and Tasks:
Improve work efficiency and provide the expert support in operations. Revise and update existing programs and provide require documentation. Facilitate the service and product lifecycle. Execute technical feasibility studies and solution reviews. Define and review technical blueprint for internal IT projects. Customize, develop, and implement solutions. Execute and support problem management and continuous improvement. Participate in de-escalation activities. Contribute to the Build to Run engagement and the technical standards and frameworks. Manage cloud technologies, associated architectural styles (e.g. microservices, containerization, serverless architectures) and web development stacks. Apply agile software delivery process and industry-standard toolset for DevOps implementation. Apply modern data processing technologies and methods. Apply modern SaaS platform, integration & extensibility concepts.
Education and Occupational Experience:
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field of study and five (5) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field of study and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
Qualifications/Skills and Competencies Experience:
Experience must involve three (3) years in the following:
Evaluate SAP solutions architecture, identify weaknesses, and act on improvement opportunities;
Drive strategic SAP direction through determination of short- and long-term IT investment needs;
Advise SAP customers on technical requirements, constraints, and technical support throughout the lifecycle;
Technical planning, implementation, configuration, and integration of SAP solutions;
Collaborate and coordinate with business and internal infrastructure teams to deliver stable and highly available SAP business systems;
S/4HANA architecture, conversion, migration path, methodology, and tools;
S/4 HANA, BW on HANA, SDI, SDA, HA/DR setup, RTO, RPO, HSR, and BW Multi-Host;
SAP cloud solutions and Integration of SAP systems with SCP and BTP;
Support project with build activities including Implementations, Upgrades, Migrations, Database Administration, System Copy, System Refreshes, and Client Copy; and
SNC, SAML, SSL Certificates configurations and renewals.
Travel: Position requires up to 20% domestic travel to various and unanticipated client sites.

Compensation Range Transparency: The annual base salary range for this position is $125,611 - $149,490. SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP's commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $125,611 - $166,100. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
