Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Job Description

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse. You will handle various tasks including operating forklifts, using electronic pallet jacks, and managing inventory in a temperature-controlled environment.

Shift and Pay:

Day, Weekend, Refrigerated

Saturday - 7am-3:30pm

Sunday 3am- 11:30am

Monday 7am-3:30pm

Tuesday 7am-3:30pm

Wednesday 7-3:30pm

Swing shift also available.

$22-24/hr. Starting Wage + $90 Weekly productivity bonuses!!

Job Description:

Operate both sit and stand forklifts and electronic pallet jacks for single and double pallets.

Pick orders using onboard POS computers, paper pick sheets, RF scan guns, and barcode sticker printers.

Receive and unload inbound freight, verify and inspect products, and forward information to the receiving clerk.

Perform pallet breakdowns, restacking, restocking, palletizing, and staging and loading outbound trailers.

Assist in inventory management, cycle counts, and date coding.

Essential Skills

Experience in temperature-controlled environments and food/beverage distribution.

Proficiency in operating forklifts, RF scanners, and electric pallet jacks.

Strong skills in inventory management, picking, packing, and material handling.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with both sit and stand lifts as well as EPJ.

Ability to read, write, communicate, and comprehend the English language effectively.

Good judgment in operating forklifts safely and handling products efficiently.

Ability to work in a cold environment and withstand cold temperatures.

Physical capability to stand, sit, and walk throughout the day, and lift up to 100 pounds.

Work Environment

Our warehouse operates in a cold storage distribution environment. You will work in very cold conditions, requiring the use of full clothing bibs to ensure comfort and safety.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Clackamas, Oregon.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
