Description We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Administrative Assistant to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Providence, Rhode Island. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support, ensuring smooth operations and efficient handling of documentation and processes. This position requires excellent organizational skills, adaptability to shifting priorities, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

Accurately input insurance-related documentation into designated systems.

Utilize Yardi software for various administrative tasks and processes.

Handle new vendor requests, ensuring timely and accurate completion.

Follow up on outstanding balances and ensure proper resolution.

Submit invoices for payment while maintaining meticulous records.

Manage calendars and schedules to support team efficiency.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address inquiries and provide updates.

Prioritize and adapt to changing tasks and responsibilities based on business needs.

Maintain a high standard of organization and attention to detail in all assignments. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative roles with a focus on customer service.

Proficiency in Yardi software or similar platforms.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities.

Exceptional data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.

Experience in processing invoices and maintaining financial records.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to manage calendars and schedules efficiently.
