Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Objective:

This role involves making professional phone calls to external contacts and ensuring precise, timely entry of information into internal systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicative, and comfortable with both independent and collaborative work.

Responsibilities:

Initiate phone outreach to dealers, customers, and related contacts to verify and update critical information (e.g., email addresses, mailing addresses)

Accurately log communication details in databases and spreadsheets

Maintain and update contact records, correspondence logs, and other internal systems

Assist in organizing and maintaining digital files and administrative records

Communicate clearly and professionally with external contacts and internal team members

Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Previous office, data entry, or administrative experience preferred

Confident and professional phone communication skills

High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and general computer skills

Strong time management skills and ability to work independently

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
