Payroll & Administrative Assistant

The Payroll & Administrative Assistant will provide payroll &
administrative support to the Flight Department with a focus on
auditing, ensuring accuracy, processing & preparing pilot payroll, &
managing all administrative tasks. Primary Responsibilities: Must
thoroughly understand & ensure compliance with our Collective Bargaining
Agreement (CBA) pay rules & requirements Report updates, discrepancies,
errors, & potential disqualifications to HR Leadership Submit accurate,
audited pilot pay information to Payroll Manager Monitor & ensure timely
follow-up with pilot pay distribution group emails Build strong business
relationships & be available & approachable for questions & assistance
Run accurate & timely scheduled & unscheduled reports Research & resolve
pay issues or concerns in a timely manner Maintain pilot personnel & pay
information in ADP, Outgoing Pilot Records Improvement Act (PRIA), Pilot
Records Database (PRD), & any other internal & external flight
department records requirements Audit pilot records in ADP to ensure
accuracy Coordinate & process pilot uniform orders Primary payroll
backup as needed, including processing bi-weekly payroll Manage feedback
forms, emails, & follow-up for Company Feedback forms Assist with
special projects & additional duties as assigned Qualifications:
Excellent written & oral communication skills required 2 years of
payroll experience preferred, with ADP experience is highly preferred
Strong computer skills, including creating & formatting Excel
spreadsheets is highly preferred Professional; able to work
independently & in a collaborative environment Able to successfully
handle multiple priorities & functions in a fast-paced environment Sharp
attention to detail Excellent customer service skills with a genuine
desire to assist others
