Administrative Assistant

Description We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Marlton, New Jersey. This is a long-term contract position offering the opportunity to support daily operations while collaborating with a dynamic and efficient team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative tasks, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities:

Manage inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.

Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain and update records and databases.

Handle email correspondence promptly and effectively, ensuring clear communication.

Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings efficiently.

Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint to prepare documents, reports, and presentations.

Support the team with administrative tasks, including filing, organizing, and record-keeping.

Respond to inquiries and address concerns in a timely and effective manner.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations and workflow.

Assist with other duties as assigned to contribute to the overall success of the department. Requirements

Proven experience in administrative or office support roles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Comfortable working onsite Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
