Our client, a dynamic organization in the Industrial sector, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of a collaborative environment supporting various team functions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, critical thinking, and time management skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Davie, FL

Pay Rate $18Hr

What's the Job?

Provide exceptional customer service to clients and team members.

Manage and organize office tasks efficiently, ensuring smooth operations.

Utilize MS Office applications, particularly Outlook and Excel, for daily tasks.

Demonstrate adaptability and quick learning in a fast-paced environment.

Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.

What's Needed?

A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.

Proficiency in computer literacy, especially with MS Office.

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks.
