Senior Collections Specialist

Contract to Hire opportunity!

This role is Hybrid: 3 days Onsite/2 Days remote

Job Description

Manages collection activities prior to court action in an attempt to resolve the outstanding balance

Reviews account activities to ensure compliance with all agreements and requirements

Evaluates assigned delinquent account files and makes a determination on which accounts to take to court

Aids attorneys in the resolution of patient accounts

Maintains debtor account inventory

Prepares legal documents and arranges delivery of legal correspondence

Prepares finance documents prior to purchase

Represents accounts in Conciliation court

Meet with consumers at court (or virtual) to attempt to resolve the outstanding balance prior to court

Handle all incoming documents relating to court case

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.88 - $31.00/hr.
