We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Corporate Development Manager to join the team in our New York office.The Corporate Development Manager will play a critical role in driving the company's growth strategy through financial analysis, strategic planning, and execution of investment opportunities. This position requires a strong background in financial modeling, investment memo preparation, and a deep understanding of market trends.CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered hybrid which means team members are expected to be thoughtful and intentional in how they create opportunities for in-person collaboration. Responsibilities include but not limited to:Financial Modeling: Develop excel-based financial modelling and valuation (including comparable companies, precedents, and DCF) to support investment decisions, mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.Create Business Case/Investment Thesis: Prepare detailed investment memos and presentations for senior management and board review, outlining the strategic rationale, financial impact, and potential risks of proposed transactions.Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify potential acquisition targets and strategic partnerships.Due Diligence: Lead and coordinate due diligence processes, including financial, operational, and legal assessments, to ensure comprehensive evaluation of potential investments.Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and refine the company's long-term strategic plan, including identifying growth opportunities and potential risks.Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, advisors, and industry experts.Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the performance of completed transactions, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements.YOUR EXPERIENCE. The successful candidate will have:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or a related field.Strong an
