Location: Remote

Our client in the tech space is looking to hire a Contract Leaves of Absence (LOA) Specialist for 4 months to help with an uptick in leave requests. As a member of the larger benefits team, this role will be responsible for:

Administering LOA requests and related reporting

Serving as a primary resource to employees, HR team members,

managers, and vendors on all leave policies and procedures

Collaborating with the Payroll team on leave and disability benefit

payments to ensure accuracy and timeliness

Utlizing the HRIS to track leave and accomodation documentation

Requirements:

2+ years of LOA administration and case management experience

Strong knowledge of federal and state leave of absence laws (FMLA,

ADA, PWFA, etc.)

Exceptional communications skills, both written and verbal

Experience providing top-notch support to employees throughout the

leave process

Strong attention to detail
