Kimberly Casey from Robert Half is seeking an experienced HR Operations Administrator to join a well-established organization in Eugene, OR. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive HR professional to contribute to the success of a collaborative team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, and HRIS systems, with a strong focus on supporting both employees and leadership. Requirements - A minimum of 5 years of experience as a human resources generalist, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

Proficiency with HRIS platforms, including ADP Workforce Now; experience with Kronos is a plus.

Strong knowledge of employee relations, compliance, benefits, and leave management.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

HR certification, such as PHR or SHRM-CP, is advantageous.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to listen actively and address concerns effectively.
