Job Title: Service Dispatcher

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Service Dispatcher to manage and coordinate service calls and emails from clients, ensuring efficient and timely dispatch of technicians to client sites. This role involves maintaining client portals, assessing customer needs, and providing accurate information to all parties involved. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, and demonstrate a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls and emails from clients.

Dispatch service technicians to client sites.

Manage open service work orders.

Maintain and update client portals.

Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.

Provide accurate and complete information to clients, technicians, and management.

Field client and technician questions and concerns, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts.

Follow company scripts, booking procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Assist with parts requests, ordering, and distribution.

Assist with refrigerant documentation.

Schedule preventative maintenances with clients and technicians.

Issue purchase orders for technicians.

Provide general office administrative support.

Essential Skills

Proficient in dispatch and customer service.

Strong skills in Microsoft Office.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Detail-oriented with a thorough understanding of workflow.

Great verbal and written communication skills.

Proactive and able to prioritize tasks effectively.

Work Environment

The candidate will work on-site, Monday through Friday, from 7 am to 4:30 pm. Currently, there is one dispatcher working off-site. The work environment requires adherence to company policies and procedures, and offers a structured and supportive setting.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
