Holiday Inn Express 1511 Southeast Loop 304 Crockett, TX 75835 Front Desk Clerk Full-time [Must be available to work various shifts. [Must speak English well. [Must possess good customer service skills, good verbal communications skills and keep a clean work space. [Perform all check-in and check-out tasks and manage online and phone reservations. [Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data. [Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay). [Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms. [Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities. [Respond to clients complaints in a timely and professional manner. [Communicate with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to [accommodate guests needs. [Maintain updated records of bookings and payments. [No prior work experience as a hotel/motel desk clerk is required, management will train for job specifics. [Must be dependable and responsible for job duties; as well as, to show up for work. [Must possess at minimum a valid state ID and SS card. [Basic computer skills preferred. [Hours: Monday through Sunday, 8 hours per day average, [40 hours per week average,[various shifts. [Pay: $8.00 per hour to start, plus Depending On Experience.
