Facilities Technician

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and inspect the facility to ensure safety, security, and proper maintenance.

Troubleshoot and repair power systems, HVAC units, mechanical controls, and other building systems.

Perform general and preventative maintenance tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, and basic electrical work.

Replace lighting components such as bulbs and ballasts.

Assist with moving office furniture, machinery, and equipment as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required.

1-2 years of relevant experience in facilities or building maintenance.

Basic knowledge of tools, machines, and maintenance techniques.

Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.

Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
