Will Do: Renders advanced clinical practice services to all ages under a
collaborative agreement with a designated PHCMA physician.
Responsibilities include: assessment, diagnoses, treatment and when
necessary referral to others for further care. Current state of
Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License from
a participating state in the NLC (Nurse Licensure Compact).
Certification as an Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber by the Wisconsin
State Board of Nursing Certification by the American Nurses
Credentialing Center (ANCC) or American Academy of Nurse Practitioners
(AANP) Physician Assistant license issued by the state in which the
caregiver practices. Physician Assistant (PA-C) certification issued by
the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants
(NCCPA). American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the
Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required upon
hire. DEA registration is required or must be eligible to obtain. Attend
