Pay rate: English - $17.50 pay rate, French Speaking - $20.00

What's a typical day as a Customer Service Representative? You'll be:

Handling incoming calls and processing orders efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Resolving customer complaints and troubleshooting issues to determine the best path for resolution.

Documenting customer interactions accurately and tracking call @types to ensure effective follow-up.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have a high school diploma and at least 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a call center environment.

Possess excellent telephone etiquette and strong verbal and written communication skills.

Are a clear team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain composure in challenging situations.

Preferred Qualifications:

Higher education degree is a plus.

Previous experience using SAP and knowledge of Luxottica's optical products is highly desirable.

Bilingual in French is preferred.
