Description

Management Resources is seeking a Finance Manager for our client in Allen. This is a contract to full time hire opportunity. This is 100% onsite. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in managing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring data-driven decision-making and strategic growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, expertise in financial modeling, and the ability to provide actionable insights to support business objectives.

Responsibilities:

Oversee financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Prepare and analyze internal financial reports to provide leadership with actionable insights.

Ensure compliance with GAAP accounting standards and maintain accurate financial records.

Manage QuickBooks Online to streamline financial operations and reporting.

Collaborate with leadership to develop strategies that enhance business growth and operational efficiency.

Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills for financial modeling and predictive analysis.

Monitor key financial metrics and identify areas for improvement.

Provide bilingual (English/Spanish) support for financial communications, as needed.

Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to meet internal and external requirements.

Requirements - A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or a related role.

Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and strong knowledge of GAAP accounting principles.

Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting and internal financial analysis.

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on actionable insights.

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.

Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification is a plus.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
