We are currently seeking an experienced Administrative Senior Operations Manager (ASOM) to support a key client in Seattle, WA. This role is critical in ensuring that Securitas adheres to all applicable legal standards, internal policies, and contractual obligations. The ASOM will lead a team of five administrative assistants and will report directly to the Regional Program Manager while working closely with the Regional Account Managers. This is a high-impact role requiring strong leadership, compliance knowledge, and administrative expertise.
The ASOM will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance programs that align with both regulatory requirements and client-specific expectations. They will oversee the preparation of compliance documentation, audit materials, and executive-level presentations, providing high-level administrative support across the account. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to interpret and apply regulatory standards in a fast-paced environment.
This position also involves direct management of a team of administrative assistants, ensuring efficient operations, accurate record-keeping, and consistent communication. The ASOM will serve as the main point of contact for compliance-related issues and will work collaboratively with internal and client stakeholders to address concerns and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :
Compliance Program Management:
Manage the organization's compliance programs.
Ensure that all policies and procedures align with current laws and regulations.
Regularly review and update compliance policies to reflect changes in regulations.
Monitoring and Auditing:
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Monitor operational processes and activities to identify potential compliance risks.
Implement corrective actions in response to compliance issues.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain detailed records of compliance activities, including audits, investigations, and corrective actions.
Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management and regulatory bodies as needed.
Ensure proper documentation of all compliance-related policies and procedures.
Risk Management:
Identify, assess, and manage compliance risks within the organization.
Work closely with other departments to mitigate compliance risks and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Regulatory Liaison:
Serve as the primary point of contact with regulatory agencies.
Respond to inquiries from regulators and ensure timely submission of required documentation.
Stay informed about changes in regulations and communicate these to relevant stakeholders.
Skills:
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management principles.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Ability to interpret and apply complex regulations and guidelines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work collaboratively across departments.
Proficient in compliance software, Microsoft Office Suite, Asana, Smartsheet, Oracle, and Power BI.
Monitor and assess current key performance indicators (KPIs) for compliance risks.
Review and assess risk management policies and protocols; make recommendations and implement improvements under the direction of the Global Program Director (GPD).
Audit and implement processes and procedures to align with account needs.
Conduct risk assessments, including collecting and analyzing documentation, statistics, reports, and market trends.
Periodically revise procedures and reports to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues.
Stay abreast of developments within the company and industry best practices in compliance control.
Perform various administrative support functions, such as preparing reports, budgets, and procedural paperwork.
In-depth knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
Review the work of colleagues as needed to identify compliance issues and provide guidance or training.
Collaborate with corporate counsel and HR to monitor enforcement of standards and regulations under GPD discretion.
Draft and present risk reports and proposals to executive leadership and senior staff.
Prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies, as appropriate.
Support Securitas Regional Account Managers and the Global Program Manager.
Evaluate the efficiency of internal controls and lead continuous improvements.
Assist with expense report review and processing.
Develop and oversee control systems to prevent or address violations of legal guidelines and internal policies.
Conduct research, compile and analyze data to prepare reports and documentation.
Perform tasks and duties of a similar nature and scope as required by the assigned office.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
4+ years of experience as a compliance officer, compliance manager, or in a similar role.
Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) certification is a plus.
3-5 years of leadership/management experience overseeing a team of 5 or more.
Understanding of security operations is a plus.
