As a Security Officer - Telecom Access Control in Pontiac, MI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom and more .

As an Access Control Officer in a leading tech and media environment, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and unauthorized access. Your presence and attention to detail contribute to a secure atmosphere for all personnel and visitors. You will interact with individuals in a professional manner, providing clear communication and exceptional customer service. Pay Rate: $18.47 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time

Thur06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

Sun06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by location.

Monitor access points and verify credentials to help to deter unauthorized entry.

Document and report any suspicious activity or security-related incidents according to site protocols.

Collaborate with site personnel and law enforcement as needed during incidents or emergencies.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
