Description

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts. Manage month-end and year-end close processes. Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations. Review and improve accounting procedures and internal controls. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and decision-making.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 2+ years of progressive accounting experience. Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting. Proficiency in accounting software. Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
