Yale Electric Supply, an affiliate of USESI, is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Counter Sales Manager to lead our counter sales team. This role combines hands-on customer service and order processing with leadership responsibilities, driving sales performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and can inspire a team while managing day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities: Supervise, mentor, and support the counter sales team in delivering excellent customer service. Assist customers in-person, via phone, and email, ensuring a professional and positive experience. Oversee small project pricing, quoting, order placement, and processing with accuracy and efficiency. Monitor order tracking and fulfillment in the system to maintain timely and accurate deliveries. Lead efforts to expand the customer base and increase counter sales and profitability. Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate pulling of will-calls, stocking, and inventory preparations. Provide training and guidance to counter staff on products, procedures, and customer interaction. Partner with branch and operations leadership to ensure smooth daily operations and adherence to company standards. Skills and Qualifications: Previous leadership and sales experience in the electrical industry strongly preferred. High school diploma or GED required. Strong multitasking and organizational abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to motivate a team and maintain a high level of customer service.
