Our client, a leader in high-performance glass manufacturing, is seeking a Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting the production process. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Production Operator

Location: Hialeah, FL

Pay Range: $17.00/hr

What's the Job?

Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment or operating manufacturing equipment.

Prepare final products for shipping and distribution.

Conduct required quality checks and inspections to ensure product specifications are met.

Actively contribute to team goals and manage assignments effectively.

Follow procedures for general housekeeping and maintain a clutter-free work environment.

What's Needed?

Experience using a computer, tablet, or smart device.

One or more years of combined experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or military environment.

Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance.

Six months or more of machine operator experience.

Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting (up to 50lbs), walking, climbing, and standing in a loud, hot, and high-volume environment.
