Hotel Food and Beverage Cast Members bring the Magic of Disney Dining to our Resort Hotels. Bushelp (Busser) Cast Members at the Disneyland ® Resort maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining areas, stock all supplies and condiments, maintain drink and serving stations, and assist servers by delivering water to tables.

Responsibilities :

Provide over the top Guest Service to all Hotel Guests

Maintain cleanliness and organization of all dining areas

Clear dining tables and transport dirty dishes from dining room to kitchen

Replenish the supply of clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes in dining room

Assist servers by delivering bread and water to Guests, occasionally refilling beverages if needed

Interact with Guests, providing exemplary service, while having a genuine sense of interest

Clean floors, chairs, and tables and respond to spills in dining area

Basic Qualifications :

You must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this role

1+ years bussing experience at a high-volume, high-end restaurant

Willing to take initiative to actively greet and welcome Guests

Knowledge of food presentation and quality standards

Demonstrated excellent Guest Service and service recovery abilities

Sense of urgency and desire to work efficiently without sacrificing quality

Ability to multi-task and work in a very fast paced environment

Initiative to own and resolve Guest situations

Preferred Qualifications:

1+ years serving experience in a high-end restaurant environment

1+ years in a 4/5 Star Hotel or Resort

Knowledge of Forbes standards

Alcohol Awareness Training (i.e. RVP, TIPS or equivalent)

SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY

Our Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and some shifts may start as early as 5:00am while some may end as late as 3:00am, 4:00am or 5:00am. Scheduling will require availability to work weekends, holidays, and have a flexible schedule when business requires.
