Position Summary:
As the Front Desk Receptionist, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth office operations. You'll be responsible for greeting customers, answering calls, assisting with scheduling, and performing light accounting and clerical tasks that help keep our HVAC and electrical service business running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers, vendors, and technicians with a friendly, professional demeanor
Answer and direct incoming calls, including scheduling service appointments
Perform light accounting duties, including invoicing, entering payments, and maintaining billing records
Monitor office supply inventory and order items as needed
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Provide administrative support to office staff and field technicians
Update customer records and maintain accurate documentation in company systems
Run occasional errands
May be opportunities to accompany bid
Maintain a clean and organized reception area and office
