Its Finance team oversees all aspects of fund operations, ensuring financial integrity while continuously evolving internal processes to adapt to a rapidly changing financial and regulatory landscape.

Job Responsibilities

They are looking for a detail-oriented person to manage their tax compliance and support our finance operations. In this role, you'll be responsible for:

Tax

Managing the full tax compliance lifecycle for Funds, GPs, and the Management Company.

Reviewing tax documents prepared by advisors, including tax returns, K-1s, and foreign filings.

Calculating and facilitating estimated tax payments.

Conducting tax code research and collaborating with tax advisors.

Serving as the primary contact for tax advisors, independently validating tax positions and advice.

Responding to investor inquiries related to tax matters.

Leading ad-hoc tax research projects to support key decision-making.

Finance

Reviewing financial reports from the fund administrator and producing quarterly NAV reports.

Supporting the preparation and review of annual financial statements and working with auditors.

Monitoring fund performance and investments, including valuation updates.

Participating in fund and firm operations, such as accounts payable, capital calls, and distributions.

Addressing finance-related inquiries from investors.

Assisting with ad-hoc financial analysis and strategic projects.

Requirements

Qualifications/Experience

A Bachelor's degree in accounting, tax, or a related field.

6+ years of asset management tax experience, with at least 4 years specifically in VC/PE tax.

A CPA or equivalent credential is required.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent judgment.

Exceptional proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

A flexible, collaborative, and proactive self-starter mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
