The Sales Enablement Marketing Manager role is pivotal in ensuring that the sales team is equipped with up-to-date and technical resources, training, and messaging that effectively translate our complex technology into compelling narratives for decision-makers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams-ranging from audience marketing, product development and engineering to sales leadership-to develop strategies, sales collateral, and training programs that accelerate revenue growth while preserving the integrity required in the defense sector.
Location: This position can be based in Syracuse, NY, or performed remotely.
Responsibilities:
Sales and Marketing Alignment:
Collaborate with sales leadership, product managers, and engineering teams to ensure that audience and solution messaging, competitive positioning, and technical details are accurately reflected in all enablement materials.
Facilitate regular knowledge-sharing sessions to ensure sales teams are up-to-date with solution developments and industry trends.
Content and Resource Development:
Create, update, and manage a comprehensive library of sales collateral (e.g., sales datasheets, case studies, whitepapers, presentations, graphics, battlecards, presentations) tailored to the specialized needs of the C-UAS and drone defense market.
Develop engaging training modules and sales playbooks aimed at translating complex technical and audience content into effective sales strategies.
Training and Coaching:
Provide feedback into and implement training and onboarding programs that empower sales teams to articulate the unique value propositions of Hidden Level's defense and critical infrastructure solutions.
Conduct regular workshops and webinars to enhance product knowledge, address competitive challenges, and refine sales messaging and resources.
Analytics and Strategy:
Monitor sales performance metrics and conduct market analysis to evaluate the success of enablement initiatives.
Use data-driven insights to adjust strategies, optimize training content, and enhance tools, and provide input to continuously improving sales processes.
Technology and Tools Management:
Integrate marketing requirements into CRM and other sales operations systems (e.g., Salesforce) to ensure effective handoffs between marketing and sales.
Ensure that technological solutions are aligned with the company's strategic direction and stated organizational requirements.
Industry and Competitive Analysis:
Conduct comprehensive market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, staying current with industry regulations and standards pertinent to airspace security and C-UAS technology.
Keep abreast of competitive landscape trends in C-UAS and emergent threats, offering actionable insights to the marketing and sales teams.
Support Black Hat Competitive Reviews for individual capture-proposal pursuits.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Act as the strategic liaison between the marketing, sales, capture-proposal, and product teams to maintain consistency in messaging across all channels.
Engage with external industry experts and partners to validate and enhance the effectiveness of sales tools and customer-facing materials.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related technology field.
8+ years of proven experience in marketing operations, enablement roles or similar roles for technology companies.
Exceptional communication skills with an aptitude for translating technical product information into compelling sales narratives.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, market trends, and sales performance metrics.
Proficiency in using Salesforce CRM and sales enablement tools to manage and measure outcomes.
Excellent project management and organizational abilities, with a keen eye for detail in fast-paced and distributed (remote) working environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience within the defense or aerospace industry, with a robust understanding of C-UAS and airspace security market dynamics.
Strategic thinker capable of bridging high-level strategic planning with day-to-day execution.
Ability to mentor and inspire a technical sales force while driving continuous improvement in enablement practices.
Compensation and Benefits: Hidden Level offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid parental leave, flexible time off, 401(k) with employer contributions, life insurance, and disability insurance, potential stock options.
Salary Range : The anticipated salary range for this position based out of Syracuse, NY is estimated at $120,000 to $150,000 annually.
