Our client, a leader in the Manufacturing and Light Industrial sector, is seeking a Warehouse Production Coordinator to join their team. As a Warehouse Production Coordinator, you will be part of the Production Support team in Millsboro, contributing to the efficient operation of the warehouse and ensuring timely fulfillment of orders. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Production Coordinator - II (Associate)

Location: Millsboro, DE

Pay Range: Competitive

What's the Job?

Support the preparation of domestic and international shipments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with safety standards.

Assist in fulfilling orders for internal customers and manage overflow tasks within the manufacturing area.

Follow Standard Operating Procedures and adhere to all safety and company policies at all times.

Maintain organization and storage of direct materials, ensuring efficient inventory management.

Operate company vehicles, forklifts, and pallet jacks as needed to facilitate warehouse operations.

What's Needed?

High School diploma/GED or advanced degree preferred.

1-2 years of experience in a warehouse environment, with demonstrated leadership ability.

Proficiency in Microsoft applications and ability to maintain data in SAP.

Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at various levels.

Flexibility to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as required by the manufacturing process.
