Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Operator 1! We are seeking dedicated individuals who are eager to contribute to a safe and efficient production environment. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including picking customer orders, loading and unloading trucks and rail cars, and putting away finished goods. You will also regularly operate a floor scrubber to ensure a clean work area.
We value safety and efficiency, and you will follow standard work and safety methods, practices, and procedures. Your responsibilities will include operating a stretch wrapper, performing computer-based tasks such as data entry and updating work orders, and ensuring inventory accuracy using our computerized system. You will also inspect packages to ensure compliance with work orders and maintain new skills and processes introduced for warehouse operations.
We are looking for team members who can promote a positive environment, exhibit professionalism, and embrace change. You should demonstrate a sense of urgency, effective communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Working collaboratively with a diverse team, you will help achieve department goals in cost reduction and customer service.
Your role will also involve maintaining a clean and safe work environment, following safe operating procedures, and supporting safety programs and policies. You will read and understand technical training manuals, participate in the re-writing and design of training materials, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Need:
High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 1 year previous forklift, clamp lift or heavy machinery operations experience.
Required to comply with company GMP policies.
Required to work overtime as needed.
Required to work any assigned shift.
Required to lift and move up to 60 lbs.
Must be able to re-certify Clamp Driver skills attained as required.
Required to be physically capable of executing all essential functions of the job.
Must be able to operate and utilize the computerized inventory system.
Accepts constructive feedback and alters behavior accordingly.
Required to pass in-house clamp lift and forklift skills tests.
Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training,
meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
Compensation:
Hiring Salary Range Posted: Set Rate Listed as $20.18 - $20.18 / hour
Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
