Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Portland, OR

Schedule: Monday-Friday 5am-1:30pm

We're seeking a reliable, hardworking Warehouse Associate to support our daily operations and help ensure freight is processed, shipped, and delivered efficiently. In this role, you'll work alongside a top-tier management team that understands the transportation industry and values your contributions.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with shipping and receiving: unload trucks, verify merchandise, and distribute orders for processing

Accurately read and interpret customer orders, work orders, and shipping documentation

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment

Adhere to all safety protocols and complete tasks in a safe, responsible manner

Assemble products and assist with regular inventory counts

Take driver check calls and verify load information for accurate delivery tracking and accounting

Monitor daily pickups/deliveries to ensure timeliness and condition of freight

What We're Looking For:

Basic written and verbal communication skills

Basic computer literacy

Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on freight volume

Previous warehouse or dock experience (preferred)

Experience with loading/unloading trailers and using handheld scanners

Ability to follow written, verbal, and diagram instructions using critical thinking

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 75 pounds

Regularly required to load and unload trucks

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
