Client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing team. This is a high-volume, AP role supporting our service center operations for single territory location. - Process over 800 AP invoices per month, primarily PO-based (3-way match), with some non-PO invoices (utilities, freight). - Perform invoice entry and AP statement reconciliations monthly. - Use Traverse ERP system (training provided) for invoice processing and reporting. - Ensure all invoices are entered by the cutoff deadline (4 PM on the first business day of each month). - Collaborate with a diverse team and contribute to a supportive, inclusive work environment. - Utilize Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) and Outlook daily.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

2+ years of Accounts Payable experience in a high-volume environment. - Strong understanding of 3-way match and PO/non-PO invoice processing. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook. - Experience with ERP systems (Traverse experience a plus, but not required). - High level of integrity, patience, and adaptability to new systems. - Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
