Description We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Vancouver, Washington. In this role, you will provide vital support to our operations, ensuring smooth communication and efficient handling of administrative tasks. If you excel in multitasking and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this opportunity is perfect for you.

Responsibilities:

Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally, providing prompt and courteous customer service.

Perform accurate data entry to maintain and update records and databases.

Coordinate and respond to email correspondence in a timely and organized manner.

Schedule and manage appointments to ensure efficient calendar management.

Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, to prepare documents and presentations.

Handle expense reporting and reconciliation using Concur Expense.

Support team operations by assisting with various administrative tasks as needed.

Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and workflow.

Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information. Requirements

Proven experience in administrative roles with strong customer service skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Ability to manage schedules and appointments effectively.

Familiarity with expense reporting tools.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Capability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
