Our client, Mum Industries is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Customer Service Department supporting the Sales Team. The ideal candidate will have Collaboration & Teamwork, Communication and Problem-Solving which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

Collaborate with Sales and Engineering Teams

Provide Sales Support

Manage Customer Relationships and Orders

Coordinate Product Delivery and Availability

Drive Sales Growth

What's Needed?

Previous customer service experience.

Must have an associate or bachelor's degree.

Prior experience within manufacturing.
