Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT PMO Program Manager with specialized expertise in SAP ERP platforms (both on-premises and cloud-based). This individual will lead multiple concurrent SAP projects and ensure successful execution aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, project delivery, and technical acumen, especially around SAP Activate methodology and digital transformation initiatives.
Requirements
Manage SAP project portfolios, including ECC-to-S/4HANA migrations, SAP integrations, upgrades, and architecture transformations
Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams including stakeholders, vendors, and internal developers
Ensure project governance and compliance with corporate and industry standards (SOX, NIST, DoD)
Utilize SAP-specific tools and methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope
Drive communication plans and reporting, risk management, issue resolution, and continuous improvement processes
Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (required)
Master's degree or relevant industry certifications (preferred)
Qualifications
7+ years of SAP project management experience, including SAP ECC and S/4HANA Cloud implementations
Proven leadership of multiple, concurrent project efforts using SAP Activate and Agile methodologies
Experience with SAP module areas such as FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, HCM, QM, PS
Strong understanding of SAP architecture, including Fiori, HANA, and cloud integration with AWS/Azure
Direct supervisory experience managing remote or hybrid teams (7+ years)
Demonstrated stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and project governance skills
Certifications
PMP (Project Management Professional) - mandatory
Scrum or Agile Certification - preferred
SAP Domain Certifications - highly desirable

Planview, JIRA, Confluence, GitLab, Kanban Boards
Cloud infrastructure: AWS, Azure

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $65 to $80. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
